Scored a nice 2.5 year old 10 point

I had a great hunt last week Wednesday which resulted in this nice 10pt. I was hoping for a 3.5 year old but I couldn't let this one walk and I only had about 5 seconds to decide if he was a shooter. So I shot him. Hit him a little far back but caught his liver so he didn't go to far. It was a lengthy track but with the help of my wife and oldest son we found him the next afternoon. What a great feeling!!!

It looks like the tip of his right antler  is broken off. Was he like that when you shot him??

Congrads! What a GREAT buck!!He'll look nice on the wall. Can we get a little more of the story? I love reading them, makes me feel as if I were in the woods.
