[font="times new roman"]From what it sounds like the rut will be very hard to predict this year! I will be in the tree stand as much as possible from the 23 October through 13 November(the end of bow season in PA). Hunt scrapes and rub lines, use doe estrus scents and tickle the horns to get the interest of a mature buck. I have already grunted in immature bucks in PA every time I have gone out. I wouldn't stress too much on predicting when the rut will kick off, I would just be in the stand as much as possible to increase the chances of seeing a good buck. [/font]

This was a post from last season, but I thought I'd give everyone an update on my experience.
I did the majority of my hunting Nov 5th thru the 14th. There was alot of breeding activity happening during this week.
I think I timed it about right.
