Any state or private programs to help in planting trees .

I was wondering if there are still any programs that can help fund or supply trees for planting private property.My family owns a good chunck of property but its mainly alfalfa and not very much cover.I have heard of other people getting into programs that payed for up to 80% of the cost of the trees,but that was when our economy was alot better.Thanks for any input.

Pa has a program, but not sure if its trees. To qualify you must have over 150 acres and allow so many hunters per acre. People cheat the system by signing up family and not allowing outsiders which is wrong
