That's one impressive buck. Help me out with the counting though.
It looks like a 6x5 with a forked brow tine, for 12 points...where are the other 2?

It is against the rules to post a buck like that with no story[;)]

i got this deer in carter county. The hunt started out the first morning of gun season, i had hunted all bow season and seen some good bucks, but nothing i wanted to take. Then about two days before gun season one of my hunting buddies who had already tagged out said that one of my old hunting spots was red hot, so i went and checked it out the evening before gun season and i seen exactly what he meant. i used to hunt this spot every year, but about 6 years ago the owner had it logged out and it had gotten so thick i couldn't hunt it anymore so i gave up on it for awhile. After seeing all of these scrapes and rubs i seen i would take a chance on hunting it the first morning and it payed off. I got in my stand about 5:45 am i wanted to get there at least an hour before other hunters came into the woods thinking they would funnel deer under my stand as was the case always in this spot. About 6:30 am i heard movement up the trail around this huge scrape and thought it was a big buck checking out his scrape line i could just barely make out it was a deer so i wasn't for sure if it was a buck or doe. Around 7:00 am i decided to use my primos can bleat call, after about 5 minutes i seen a buck coming right toward me, it was only a little 8 point, i did this several times that morning and it seemed after each time a buck would come in check this big scrape and hang around in my area for a few minutes and move on, i seen a total of 9 bucks that morning and 3 does. I had bucks chasing does, rubbing on trees and cleaning that same scrape out. I have never seen as much in one hunt as i seen that morning, after about an hour an half of constant action, it died off for about 30 minutes, then i heard some deer running through this thicket coming right toward me, when i finally saw them it was 3 bucks chasing a hot doe right toward me, i kept looking thinking there had to be a big one in this bunch and then there he was coming right at me, i had to make that macking sound they make on Tv two different times to get this buck to slow down and on the second time of doing this he slowed down just enough for a shot and i dropped him at about 60-70 yards away from my stand. this was truly a blessed hunt, because before every hunt i always spend time praying asking the lord to bless my hunt, so i give all credit to Jesus Christ for allowing me to take this deer. The one thing that fascinated me on this hunt was that these three bucks were making that buck roar sound that primo's is always talking about, but is sounded a lot different than there buck roar call does, i told my hunting buddies is sounded more like someone vomiting really loud, is what i would compare it too. so that's the story of my carter county buck for 2010
