Cuddeback? or Bushnell?

Which trail cam do you think is better??? Cuddeback Capture, or Bushnell Trophy Cam? I have the choice to get one trail cam for christmas, and i've narrowed it down to these two. Cuddeback CAPTURE, not IR. If you think Trophy Cam, please specify which model- 2009? 2010 XLT? w/color viewer? THANK YOU!

I have 3 Cuddie and sent back the Bushnell
the one that is really good and we have 6 of them is the scoutguard
takes great pix and long long battery life

I voted for the capture based on the fact that I have three Capture IRs.  They all work great and take great pics.  Super easy to use as well.  I bought my neighbor a Capture and for whatever reason a part fell off the motherboard....I contacted Cuddeback, sent it to them, and they sent me a brand new camera....as far as I am concerned their service was just fine.

All I can tell you is that I watched a shooter walk within 7 yards of my sons Cuddyback and listen to me bleat from my treestand.  My son ask me what he was and I stated that he was at least an eight possibly a nine or ten.  We went in and grabbed the camera and----NO pictures, batteries perfect.  I think that unless the deer passes within 10 feet or less you get nothing.  I wouldn't waste the money.

Relentless:  Consider yourself very lucky to get a brand new camera back.  I had to send 3 back in a month and after the 3rd one didn't work I asked if they could send me a new camera and they told me that they only send out replacement cameras.

I voted for the Trophy Cam because I have 2 that have run non stop for 1yr-3months with great pics and no trouble. I cannot put down the Cuddeback for I have not owned one but I do know the Trophy Cams will throw down!

I have heard good things about the Scoutguard. Could you tell me the battery life of the ScoutGuard & the Cuddy? I have been debating trying one of the Scoutguards.

Gunther, which model do you have?  2009 or 2010?  I have heard good things about the 2009 Bushnell but, not so with the 2010 model.
