I kind of thought that too, but it seemed a bit unrealistic to make that many heart shots. Just curious.
When I was young we had a lot of liver for dinner...never cared for it, but the rule was that you had to eat what was on your plate. My mother also made kidney stew on occasion. It had a subtle hint of the taste of urine. To this day organ meats do not pass my lips.
Keep life simple...if you hear hoofbeats, think horses, not zebras.
