Wife and kids are all gone, so I put some tenderloins on the grill and started surfing this site only to forget and burn the #%&#* out of them. Might have to run into town for something to eat now.  At least it wasn't venison.

All you said was tenderlion, so I assumed it WAS venison!
 
I`m with you, I`d rather ruin beef any day than venison.
