I want to hunt now!!

Well, my brother and i went in and checked his camera today...Very happy to see this guy...In the first picture-look over the scrubbers back[:D]

Got a bear on there as well...Very unexpected.

Nice!...can you bear hunt as well?...never seem to catch the big guys on cams...but I take them all down....except poacher cams....before bow season opens...

I've never got into bear huntin, and i don't know of anyone who hunts bears within this area so that one's probably gonna grow to be big and old! ( Kinda makes me want to invest in a pistol to take in with me during archery,for protection purposes only, just incase[8|] lol ) What are your thoughts? Msbadger-another reason im thinkin about a pistol is your story on the coyotes...i never thought that they would do that to a human, so i never worried about it. But thats pretty creepy haha. And we have pics of yotes on our trail cams so we know they are in there.

Does anybody have a guess on the age of the bigger buck?...I'm gonna say 4 1/2 by the looks of it. It's kind of hard to judge with the small picture, and im definetly no expert...thanks!

With very little go go on, my guess would be 3.5. There does not appear to be much sag to his belly and no sway to his back.
 
BTW, you may want to check on the handgun thing. Here in Iowa, you cannot carry a pistol while bow hunting (even on your own land or with a permit to carry). Stupid, I know.
