Rifles in Chautauqua?

I've heard a rumor that rifles will be allowed in Chautauqua County this year. Can someone verify that?

The bill passed in late july. Any centerfire rifle that holds 5 shells or less is legal in Chautauqua County in all areas south of route 20.

I hunt in Chautaqua in Gerry but the landowner doesn't allow us to use rifles on his land. Only two spots you can't reach with a shotgun Muzzleloader on the property. 99% of the other areas are flat and thick. Just mostly uses shotguns except duringuzzleloader season. It works in our favor for muzzleloader except this year bc were at the bottom of the mountain and with heavy snow the deer work their way down. We see many more deer during that part of the season. Well like I said except this year with no snow
