20 acre lot near Iron River, MI for saleI. The lot itself is flat and is a mixture of woods and meadow. Gas and electric are both offered at the road. Within minutes of the lot is Iron Lake, a 400 acre lake know for it's walleye fishing. The owner of this lot would have deeded access to Iron Lake with access to a nice pier to leave their boat at. Hunting in the area is great, with lots of deer sign present. Asking $39,900.00. Have many pics, survey map, etc. Thanks!

I use to hunt in Iron River, amazing hunting there! Great country too!
