The Kansas gun-hunting season is a few weeks away, but I’m proclaiming myself all
ready to go. This year I’ll be hunting with Ed Barton of B&C Kansas Hunts.
I’ve been preparing for the hunt by shooting a Remington 700 in 7mm Mag. and Norma’s
156-grain Oryx. The bonded bullet (lead core soldered into a copper jacket) is built
for good penetration and exceptional expansion. Sure hope to try one of these out
on the scapula of one of those big Kansas bucks.
Stay tuned!
