American Outdoor Brands, Inc. announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire privately owned Grilla Grills (“Grilla”), a provider of high-quality, barbecue grills, Wi-Fi-enabled wood pellet grills, smokers, accessories and modular outdoor kitchens.
