Want to know what you should be focusing on when it comes to optics? Vortex Optics has four products (two binoculars, a range finder and pro rings) you’ll want to set your sights on for 2020.
1. Vortex Optics Razor® UHD Binoculars: A New Era of Observation
There’s a new optical sheriff in town, and it’s the Razor® UHD binocular series. The absolute pinnacle of optical performance, the Razor UHD (Ultra High Definition) binoculars serve up views so stunning, you’ll have to literally see them to believe them.

Optically, ergonomically and aesthetically, these feats of modern engineering stand proudly atop Vortex’s extensive selection of binoculars. The premium, UHD apochromatic optical system, boasting phase-corrected Abbe Koenig prisms, delivers the ultimate in resolution, color fidelity, depth of field, contrast and edge-to-edge sharpness. Lenses fully multicoated with Vortex’s proprietary XR Plus antireflective coatings guarantee maximum brightness and glassing confidence during critical low-light periods. Exterior lenses feature Armor Tek, an ultrahard optical coating that protects against scratches, oil and dirt.
The short-hinge magnesium chassis is lightweight, ultratough, and comfortable to hold. Durable rubber armoring protects the housing and offers a nonslip grip – no matter the weather conditions. Incredibly comfortable twist-up eyecups with positive settings offer a range of eye relief options for customized viewing. Locking right-eye diopter. O-ring sealed and purged with argon gas for 100% waterproof/fogproof performance.
Each Razor UHD comes outfitted with a custom binocular harness for comfortable carry and protection from the elements.

2. Vortex® Optics Pro Rings: The New “Go To”
The ring connection between your riflescope and your rifle is monumentally critical for optimal performance. Skimping on your rings is the equivalent of putting four doughnut-style spare tires on a Ferrari and expecting it to win the “24 Hours of LeMons.” It just isn’t going to happen. So don’t do it!
Machined from lightweight, high-grade aluminum and glass bead blasted to exacting tolerances, the Vortex Pro Rings deliver the extreme precision and rock solid construction needed to ensure your riflescope is mounted properly, securely and ready to send rounds down rage on target.

The integrated recoil lug coupled with robust #8 fasteners guarantees a rock-solid interface. Fit Picatinny and Weaver-style bases for ultimate versatility.
A hard-anodized, matte-black finish provides a tough-as-nails, corrosion-resistant exterior. Laser engraved torque specs and scope center height on the rings provide a super easy reference for failsafe mounting.
Ultra-sleek, ultra-strong and ultra-reliable, pull the trigger on a set of Vortex Pro rings for your next mounting job and don’t look back.
And like all Vortex optics, they are covered with the lifetime, no-fault, transferable, VIP warranty.

3. Viper® HD Binoculars
If seeing is believing, you’re about to believe. The Viper HD binoculars give hunters, shooters and outdoor enthusiasts a premium option without the premium price tag.
The HD optical system delivers stunning resolution, color fidelity and edge-to-edge clarity. Lenses fully multicoated with XR™ antireflective coatings provide critical low-light performance — turning waning light into a game-spotting opportunity. A super-wide field of view promotes fast subject acquisition and more efficient glassing.
Exterior lenses are protected by ArmorTek® — an ultrahard, scratch-resistant fluorine compound that repels oil, dirt and the corrosive salts of fingerprints.

The smooth center-focus wheel dials in your image for sharp viewing. Soft and comfortable twist-up eyecups are perfect for extended glassing and provide customized eye relief for the viewer.
A short-hinge design and rubber armoring with perfectly-placed thumb detents makes the Viper HDs a dream to hold, protects against impacts and ensures solid purchase – no matter the weather conditions. 100-percent waterproof, fogproof (purged with Argon gas), dustproof and shockproof construction.
From a physical size and weight perspective, they are one of the lightest, most compact, full-size binos on the market – a noteworthy attribute when gear consideration can be measured in grams.
Includes GlassPak™ chest harness – keeping your binos at the ready while providing comfortable, protected, strain-free, all-day carry.
And like all Vortex products, the Viper HD Binoculars are covered by Vortex’s legendary, lifetime, unconditional, no-fault, transferable, VIP Warranty.

4. Vortex® Razor HD 4000 Rangefinder: Next-Level Ranging in the Palm of Your Hand
The definition of what a high-end, long-range, laser rangefinder should be, the Razor HD 4000 delivers cutting edge optical and ranging performance — giving hunters and shooters distance data needed to execute even the most demanding shots.
Impressive 4,000-yard reflective ranging capability (ELR mode) reaches way out to grab range readings with extreme precision. The Razor HD 4000 can read ranges as close as 5 yards. Distances are displayed with .1 increment accuracy out to 199.9 yards/meters.
Premium HD optics provide a crystal-clear view, while 7X magnification brings subjects in close for better target identification and more accurate ranging.
The ultraclean, illuminated display delivers lightning-fast readouts and is easily picked up by the user’s eye. Features 5 brightness settings to match environmental lighting conditions. Battery indicator illuminates only when the battery hits 25% and stays on until dead or replaced. Diopter focuses the display to each user’s eye.

Three settings match user needs for optimal performance. The HCD (Horizontal Component Distance) setting displays an angle-compensated distance reading. LOS (Line of Sight) setting displays straight line distance (useful when calculating long-distance, high-angle shots in conjunction with external ballistic software) Scan Mode gives range readings as you pan across the landscape or track a moving animal – also incredibly useful when confirming the range of your intended target if there are potentially obstructive objects in the foreground/background. Can be set to read in yards or meters to accommodate user preference. Simple and intuitive to operate, all settings can be quickly and easily accessed.
Four ranging modes accommodate situational-specific scenarios. Normal Mode (recommended for most applications) returns the strongest reading. First Mode displays the closest object it meets – perfect for ranging small targets in front of larger objects. Last Mode returns the range reading of the object furthest away, but still within the targeted area – ideal for sceneries where the subject you intend to range may have interfering objects in the foreground. ELR (Extended Laser Range) mode is ideal for ranging small, less reflective targets at extended ranges.
Strategically-placed rubber armor over the lightweight magnesium housing provides durability and a solid grip in all weather conditions. Multi-position twist-up eyecup is comfortable and offers customized eye relief. Tripod adaptable for rock-sold stability – resulting in increased accuracy/precision when raging smaller objects at longer distances.
Compact, ergonomic and lightweight, the Razor HD 4000 features an adjustable, utility clip mounted to the body, allowing quick, convenient attachment/detachment to a bino harness, belt, pocket, pack webbing, or other flat edged surface for easy access. Clip can be mounted to the right or left side of the unit or completely removed. Auto-coiling lanyard leashes the Rangefinder to an anchor point of your choice to prevent loss. IPX7 waterproof rated. Runs on common, included CR2 battery.
The ranging revolution is here. Get in the game with the Razor HD 4000.
