Plano Synergy, a market leader across multiple hunting and fishing product categories, has announced the promotion of Joe Snatchko as vice president of sales – outdoors.
Joe Snatchko joined Plano Synergy as senior director of brand – archery over a year ago. In his new role, Joe will help drive sales for all brands by delivering the best combination of quality and value. Joe will lead this effort through many of Plano Synergy’s key US accounts.

Before joining the Plano Synergy team, Snatchko worked at Outtech Sales Agency. He served as general manager and vice president of sales for seven years, driving key account sales, POS analytics, associate training initiatives and sales go-to-market strategies. Before his tenure at Outtech, Snatchko worked for Dick’s Sporting Goods as merchant in fitness and hunting buying departments, and e-commerce merchandising manager for hunting, fishing and outdoor equipment.
