The Wisconsin Department of Administration has released the controversial report prepared for Gov. Scott Walker by Texas deer management expert Dr. James Kroll. The report, delivered last week but delayed for publication by Gov. Scott Walker is 136 pages long, including reference sections.

Although the administration stated more details about how Kroll’s recommendations would be handled would be released along with the report, not much detail about those steps was actually published.
