If you have been confused about cellular cameras or concerned about rising cell-cam fees, Browning Trail Cameras announces a new program that’s affordable, flexible and built for hunters who want better surveillance on their hunting properties.
The Defender Wireless program allows Browning users access to both monthly and annual subscription options. This is tailored to hunters who want year-round access and those who merely want to use the service in the months leading up to and during hunting season.
Browning is now offering all-new unlimited monthly and yearly mobile plans. The monthly unlimited plan is $17.99/month and the yearly plan is $14.99/month or $179.88 billed annually. Both of these plans offer unlimited standard image downloads.
For all other mobile plans, prices start at $9.99 for the Scout program (which includes the first month free) and range up to the Guide Pro plan. The Scout plan includes 1,200 image uploads for one camera. The Pro plan includes images, HD and video uploads for up to six cameras.
Hunters can tailor their plan numerous ways, including one option that allows the SIM to be turned off completely and not have to pay anything while the camera is not transmitting via the cellular network.
