Two of the more exciting optics advancements unveiled at this year’s SHOT Show came
from one company: Bushnell. The first is actually a camera – the new and improved
Trophy Cam.

Featuring 8MP high-quality, full-color resolution, the Trophy Cam is jam-packed with
features any serious whitetail hunter will appreciate. A 1-second trigger and a full
year’s worth of battery life lead the way in eye-popping add-ons to this compact scouting
camera. The Trophy Cam also is compatible with 32GB SD cards, which makes swapping
cards in the field a thing of the past.

In 2010 Bushnell introduced the new Fusion 1600 ARC range finding binoculars which
were an instant hit with consumers who wanted quality optics with the latest in laser
range finding technology in one easy to carry package. The binoculars were so innovative,
in fact, that the Fusion 1600 ARC 10×42 binocular won the 2011 NRA Golden Bullseye
Award for Optic of the Year. For 2011, a 12×50 model will be available for greater
long-range glassing. The 12×50 binoculars feature BAK-4 roof prisms, built-in battery
life indicator, twist-up eye pieces, and fully multi-coated optics with RainGuard®
HD coating, fully waterproof and submersible to meet IPX7 waterproof specification.

The built-in laser rangefinder will measure distances from 10-1600 yards. For more
