It’s not often that a typical 8-point buck gets to be a true giant, but Terry Gibson of Alabama has one that is a definite head-turner.

Gibson was hunting in northeast Alabama when this gorgeous 8-point stepped out. The area he was in is hilly and covered in hardwoods, a tidy little big buck area.

Gibson’s big buck scored 170 2/8 and is believed to be the biggest or one of the biggest 8-pointers ever killed in Alabama. It’s entered in the Harbin Automotive Group Big Buck Contest and it’s safe to say it might be a winner!
