According to a story published in the Saskatoon Star Phoenix, Saskatchewan outfitters
are sick of non-resident hunters from other Canadian provinces trespassing without
permission. The outfitters are asking lawmakers to extend the rules that force non-Canadians
to hunt with an outfitter to also include non-residents from other Canadian provinces.
