A new kind of water taxi! Eric Thor Olsen Sr., owner of True North Alaska Charters, captured the video below of a deer traveling on an iceberg during a nature tour on Olsen’s charter, Midnight Sun. Olsen said in his Instagram post (@truenorthalaskacharters) that this was his first time in 40 years of running nature tours he saw something like this. “Obviously this buck was swimming across the fjord and needed to rest. We continued up to the glacier and 2 hours later he was still there and the ice berg was getting closer to shore,” he said. Check out the Instagram video here.
