Travis “T-Bone” Turner sheds some light on his thoughts about archery, bowhunting and more today on Deer Talk Now.

Turner joins Deer Talk Now host Brad Rucks for a lively conversation about their love of

bowhunting. Deer Talk Now is a 1-hour webcast from Deer & Deer Hunting headquarters in Wisconsin that begins at 12 p.m. Central every other week (until late summer) with special guests and news about hunting, deer-related topics and more.

Deer Talk Now is presented by Mathews, Carbon Express and ICOtec.

Turner lives in south Georgia and has started his own archery business, restored a vintage Mercedes, held the Outdoor 3-D Archery Word Champion title and appeared on numerous television shows and videos, including Realtree’s “Monster Bucks” video series.

“Whether it’s in a tree stand or competing in an indoor arena, I just love to be around hunters and archers who have a desire to shoot and have a good time,” Turner says. “I can’t tell you how many friends I’ve made just having fun, and building relationships is what this sport is all about.”

Turner is an ASA- and APA-certified professional archer, was the 1991 ASA 3-D World Champion and is a 4-time Georgia champion, works with Jeff Foxworthy, Bill Jordan, Michael Waddell, David Blanton and several country music and Major League BaseballB stars on their archery setups and shooting advice, and has contributed to numerous shows and sites including Realtree’s T-Bone Blog, Misadventures of Nick and T-Bone on MichaelWaddell.com, Hoyt.com and others.
