New Titan M1 Crossbow from TenPoint

This year, TenPoint Crossbow Technologies has given its most popular selling model xe2x80x93 the Titan xe2x80x93 a radical makeover. This newest version, called the Titan M1, is a full 9.5 inches narrower and 30 feet-per-second faster than the previous Titan model.

The Titan M1 bow assembly measures a very compact 9 inches wide axle-to-axle when cocked, and utilizes TenPointxe2x80x99s new VX-5 reverse cams to increase rotation and elongate the power-stroke to 14 inches. With this increase in power, the Titan M1 reaches speeds of up to 370 fps and pinpoint downrange accuracy. Its precision-machined 7075-T6 aluminum riser is fitted with 11-inch TPX limbs, DynaFLIGHT 97 string and cables, and super-light and sleek 7075-T6 aluminum limb pockets. Its bow assembly has been built to withstand the extreme shot forces of a high-performance crossbow and extremely lightweight. This removes the front heavy feeling of previous models, making it easier to shoot the crossbow offhand.

The Titan M1 features TenPointxe2x80x99s ultra-light and ultra-strong Fusion S stock and 19.5-inch synthetic barrel, hydro-dipped in TrueTimber Viper Western camouflage. Configured with optimal comb height and a two-position adjustable buttplate, the Fusion S stock has strategically placed cutouts in the foregrip and buttstock to reduce weight and improve overall balance. The foregrip cutouts allow the shooter to wrap their thumb and fingers around the grip, while glass-reinforced nylon safety wings mounted just above help to keep the shooterxe2x80x99s hand safely below the arrow flight deck.

The Titan M1 comes standard with a newly upgraded T5 3.5-pound, auto-engaging safety trigger mechanism, which is the company’s smoothest trigger mechanism to date. The T5 utilizes a new string latch design that reduces friction and delivers a clean, crisp and consistent trigger break shot after shot with 50 percent less trigger travel distance than previous TenPoint trigger mechanisms. The T5 is also one of the safest triggers on the market, featuring an auto-engaging safety lever and TenPointxe2x80x99s patented Dry-Fire-Inhibitor (DFI) mechanism.
