Wise use-it’s common sense to us attentive common citizens, and our hearts and instincts compel us to perform our clear and obvious responsibilities to participate in God’s miraculous creation as conscientious hands-on stewards in harmony with nature. Sound science regulated hunting, fishing, and trapping are the last truly environmentally beneficial duties mankind must perform, managing and balancing wildlife within the critical carrying capacity of their ever-dwindling habitat, from which our quality air, soil and water will always be ultimately determined.
Oh how we wish that would be a curriculum in schools across America!
Wild game and wildlife are thriving across North America as a direct result of this proven conservation model, and out of touch, even corrupt bureaucrats, and the equally disconnected fantasy driven uneducated nature haters that they mistakenly listen to are a very dangerous scourge that good, caring people must be ever vigilant of and be willing to push back and stop at all costs.
Those real-world healing powers of nature is what I have dedicated my life to forever, and the embarrassment of mismanagement in my beloved birth-state of Michigan must no longer be tolerated.

Performing my we the people responsibilities to hold my elected employees accountable has put me rock solid in the radical and extremist asset column of this sacred experiment in self- government, and not only am I extremely proud of the designation, but the overwhelming support from the vast majority of Michigan conservation families inspire me to turn up the heat and increase my fight against the blatant corruption in the Michigan Department of Natural Resources and the Michigan Natural Resource Commission who are responsible for the mess we find ourselves in.
The list of grievances is far too long for a single article, but the evidence is irrefutable that the science abandoned mismanagement by the bureaucrats has put the whitetail deer in the liability column instead of the asset column. Same goes for the black bear, the sandhill cranes, the Canadian geese, the world’s number one migratory gamebird, the ubiquitous mourning dove and so many other under-utilized wildlife resources.
With record bear nuisance complaints in the Northern lower peninsula, the clueless bureaucrats ban bird feeders instead of increasing harvest opportunities.
The Federal migratory Sandhill Crane, revered as the ribeye in the sky, is wreaking so much havoc on agriculture, that the immoral decision has been made to kill a few but forbid the consumption of this delicious ribeye in the sky! That’s downright unforgivable.
The bureaucrats keep reminding me that Michigan voted the mourning dove to be a songbird, but the number one gamebird in the world, whose photo is on cases of shotgun shell “Game Bird” loads, will never be a songbird, no matter how many ignorant people pretend otherwise in the sick world where we debate if men can get pregnant.
Michigan produces more doves than all the pheasant, quail, woodcock and grouse combined, but we continue to be dishonest and slam the door on this primary family days of recreation and revenue gem in what used to be America’s number one hunting state.
Hunters around the nation laugh at us.
The outrageous number of mutilated deer carcasses strewn along Michigan roadways would normally be a red flag of serious concern to conscientious game managers, but the DNR still can’t figure out the simple solution of increasing the season lengths and kill opportunities in those overpopulated counties.
The solutions are glaringly simple-open the archery season statewide September 1 thru March 1, with unlimited harvest of bucks and does in those car-deer slaughter counties, (since vehicles could care less about antlers) no tags necessary, and incentivize the amazing Hunters for the Hungry and Sportsmen Against Hunger venison donations to soup kitchens, homeless shelters, jails and prisons.
The black bear tag allotment in the Northern Lower should be doubled and probably the same in the UP, and Michigan should have a spring bear season just like our Canadian neighbors and so many other states have.
Open the damn Sandhill Crane season, save farmers’ crops and wasted tax dollars, and put this incredible migratory gamebird in the asset column where it belongs. Like mourning doves, Michigan has more cranes than some of the states that have annual hunting seasons for them. The great hunting families of Michigan will buy licenses, calls, decoys, gas, food, lodging, groceries, supplies, sporting goods, beer, ice, hire guides, and hit restaurants and bars.

End the arbitrary, punitive, capricious, non-science ban on baiting and supplemental feeding of deer, since all the science is in that Chronic Wasting Disease has never hurt a deerherd and cannot be transmitted to humans. And when we are not allowed to utilize this proven, beneficial methodology of hunting over attractants for universally desired increased harvest, the USDA comes in and kills our deer over bait! A putrid King George moment no one can rationalize.
Following my irrefutable truth, logic, commonsense, science drenched testimony in Lansing, DNR Director Scott Bowen and representative Ken Borton and I had a good, I believe, productive meeting, and hopefully some of these obvious overdue upgrades will be implemented ASAP.
Following just such communication with Democrat Governor Josh Shapiro in Pennsylvania, the good governor signed into law the end of the very counterproductive, un-American Sunday hunting ban in that great hunting state.
Why I can’t have the same sensible conversation with Governor Gretchan Whitmer to accomplish the same upgrades here is something I will continue to remedy.
And let us nip the liars and haters in the bud, shall we? These soulless, dishonest freaks will start with their scripted false accusations of racist, pedophile, draft dodger, poacher, etc, all of which have been conclusively and demonstrably proven to be false, because none of them are willing or capable of debating me, because lies and manufactured hate never have a prayer against truth, logic, commonsense and actual evidence, all of which are on my side.
And for the record, yep, I was actually keeping and bearing arms in Lansing during my testimony. Go figure. We can discuss the US Constitution violating illegal infringements another time.
Come on Michigan conservation families! Join me in demanding the sound science mandate of Prop G, and force the bureaucrats to do their job on behalf of the best hunting, fishing, trapping conservation families in the world. We can do this, and for the future of healthy wildlife and bio-diversity in the great state of Michigan for our children and grandchildren, we must.
