Ingredients
Venison backstrap
Bacon
Jalapeno peppers
2/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp garlic powder
Directions
Cut backstraps into bite size pieces. Marinate overnight in soy, lemon juice, sugar and garlic powder. Put a jalapeno on each piece of venison and then wrap in a piece of bacon. Put a toothpick through it to hold in place. Grill until medium rare and bacon is cooked.
