Ingredients
1 full backstrap
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
3 cloves minced garlic
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight. Throw the backstraps on the grill and enjoy!
