Ingredients
1 pound venison steaks, sliced thin
3 tablespoons A1 steak sauce
1 green pepper, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
Oil
Buns, toasted
Garlic butter
Pepperjack cheese
Directions
Marinate venison in steak sauce overnight. Throw the griddle over direct flame until smoking hot. Add some oil and brown the venison. Add pepper and onions and cook until soft. Place on garlic buttered buns and top with pepperjack cheese.
