Who needs take out? This stir-fry burgers recipe by Myles Brill combines American flavors for a savory supper.
Ingredients
Venison steaks or ground venison
1/2 stick margerine or butter
Worcestershire sauce
Onions or garlic
Salt and pepper
Directions
Cut venison steaks into thin slices with the grain. Mix margerine and worcestershire sauce into a sauce that is deep enough to cover 3/4 of each slice. Sauce should be the color of milk chocolate. Dice up some onions or garlic, sprinkle pepper and or salt to your liking and then cook. Place stir fry over the top of grilled venison burgers.
