Team DDH strikes again! Editor-in-Chief Dan Schmidt scored with this cool mule deer Oct. 31 in north-central Nebraska with Scott Fink’s Goose Creek Outfitters.

Schmidt was hunting with the Horton Storm RDX crossbow, NAP broadheads and Wildlife Research Center. Conditions were right for a great hunt and this old buck came within range shortly after sunup.
