I’ve always been a fan of venison with an Italian dressing marinade. I also believe you can never go wrong with bacon. This recipe marries the two — and the result is delicious!
Ingredients
Venison
Garlic, thin sliced
Onions
Fresh thyme
Italian dressing
Lemon pepper
Bacon grease
Directions
Marinate venison, garlic, onions and thyme in a bottle of Italian dressing for 24 hours. Drain and rub with lemon pepper and bacon grease. Throw on the grill until desired doneness.
