Ingredients
Venison tenderloin
Brown sugar
Salt
Fennel
Dill
Mint
Pepper
Red pepper
Directions
Soak tenderloin in brown sugar, salt and water for 24 hours. Remove and roll in dry rub composed of fennel, dill, mint, pepper and only a hint of red pepper for spice. Let rest while you heat the grill, then cook for about 5 to 10 minutes per side.
